Noble Brains Academy (NBA) believes that investing in your child’s education is one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime and this requires great thought and appropriate decision.

At Noble Brains Academy, we have strived to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress-free application experience. Our typical admission processes are itemised below:

Admission Enquiry

Step 1

Parents of prospective candidates are expected to obtain an Admission Form from the School. A receipt will be issued as soon as payment evidence is made provided. The parents must to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order.

The Admission form must be completed and duly signed by the parents/guardians. It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the School. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.

Form Submission

Step 2

Once the Admission Form is obtained, fill in the details and submit completed form to the School. All areas are must be filled and genuine reasons must be given to areas that cannot be filled. The parents will be provided the School Prospectus by the Head of School office on return of the form.

Step 3

Admission will be processed by the School Admission Committee, and if the candidate is cleared, date and time of Placement Test will be communicated the parents/guardians via email, phone call or texts. The candidate will be tested in the following areas:

Note: Please, be informed that Personality Test is basically conducted to help the School understand the personality attributes associated with various children; help the children realize their full potential; improve their productivity and ability to get along better with classmates; assess their socio-emotional learning capacity; identify teaching strategies for each pupil; and appreciate other personality types. It also enables our teachers to adequately plan lessons and activities for their pupils. Please, see our Diagnostic Assessment Policy for more details on the assessment activities available for pupils.

Every enrolling pupil shall be required to undertake a Placement Test.

Acceptance
of Admission

Step 4

After the Placement Test, selected candidates will be informed of the decision of the School Admission Committee through phone call, texts or email. Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacancies. Parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.

Payment of Fees

Step 5

Completing the admission process does not in any way guaranteed enrolment until appropriate payment has been made. Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within seven (7) days of the declaration of the result. The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the School Admission Committee will be final.

Once the Fee is paid and required documents are submitted, parents/guardians will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter via E-mail or from the Office of Head of School.

Post-Admission

Step 6

Parents/guardians will be intimated of the date and time of uniform, sport wears, special wears & textbook issues. Photograph and Excursion Consent Forms will be provided the parents/guardians. The incoming ward is allotted the section on the day of admission. 

The timetable will be handed over to the ward by the class teacher. In the case of a ward who has just been transferred from another school, class teachers will assist him/her with the syllabi which have been covered in the class to date.

Parent Orientation
Program

Step 7

The School will organise a Parent Orientation Program before the beginning of the new academic session. This program will familiarise the parents with the Vision, Mission, Principles, Policies and emerging development in the school.
