Robotics
Engineering Club
With Robotics Engineering Club, the Noble Brains Academy aims to support students in making connections across several disciplines rather than learning topics in isolation, as it combines design, logic, mechanical, electronic and programming skills.
We inspire students to learn by holistic creativity, while deepening their understanding of interdisciplinary fields of study as strategic points of access to science and technology. Through the Club, students are taught the technical foundation of how things work and global discoveries. We use the motivational effects of robotics to expose students to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
Science
Understanding the natural world through observation, inquiry and experimentation.
Technology
Applying tools, coding and platforms to solve real-world problems creatively.
Engineering
Designing and building mechanical and electronic systems using logic and innovation.
Mathematics
Applying numerical and analytical reasoning across engineering and technology tasks.
In addition to these underlying objectives, we hope to develop students':
- Communication, coding and numeracy, technology and science skills.
- Interest and nurturing their passions for STEM.
- Ability to come together as different types of leaders, communicate with each other and utilize their personal strengths.
- Ability to communicate across spectra of technology platforms, understand the audience of these platforms and gain experience crafting effective messages for the various audiences.
